Cruz may not run if he chooses to focus on his Senate Race 
exclusively in 2024. But he can run for both nominations is he chooses.
Strength: Very Articulate Conservative voice with high respect in the right circles of influence for the primaries.
Weakness: He may be too much yesterdays news as new kids on the block seek to upstage him with fresh faces. His early polling in match ups is below what he averaged last time he ran.
