Too unfocused?
Noem would be an interesting add to mix. Projecting a cowboy 
image onto the stage along with her Conservative credentials could be the makings of a sleeper candidate.
Strength: Conservative female not afraid of taking on Biden. Has some National Name Recognition to help in early fundraising.
Weakness: Not Focused enough. Was bouncing around on a few issues last year that knocked her off message for awhile. Would that manifest on the Campaign Trail or does she have her act together now?
