One of the new young Conservative duo in the Senate (along with 
Cotton) but haven't yet clicked in support to the level of the young trio of a decade ago (Cruz, Rubio, Paul). his Senate seat is up in 2024 and will have to decide between the two. Of course he could run for both technically.If he gets one nomination drop out of the other race.
Strength: Very articulate and quick thinking Conservative voice in the Senate. Would likely impress people in the primary debates.
Weakness: Hasn't carved out a following in the base yet to really have a shot. But a well done campaign could generate a following bolster a future bid.
