Too Who?
Toyed with running last time. Once again there is chatter of a bid for 
the nomination by him. Really would be running angling for veep.
Strength: He would be a fresh face on the national stage and try to sell to a growing left wing base the image of a southern moderate. Likely impossible today at the national level though.
Weakness: Too Who? Hardly anyone outside of Louisiana knows him. And unlike another mayor (Buttigieg) he isn't likely to have a chance at a breakthrough of any kind due to the dynamic of this race and leftward lurch of the national party.
