Too Unpredictable?

Rubio would be unpredictable. He has potential to be a major 
contender if Trump doesn't run (as he was last time until the Trump surge) or the ability to be passed over for newer fresher faces.
Strength: Potential to be a young Hispanic Reagan for the party. Rose up in the Tea Party Movement and has remained a solid Conservative voice in the Senate. Has appeal to both the Establishment and Conservatives. Also on very friendly terms with the Christian Right.
Weakness: Some Conservatives soured on him for his attempted immigration reform proposals over half a decade ago. To some he's too Establishment. Too Moderates of the old guard he's too Tea Party Conservative.
