Too Unpopular
As sitting V.P. or Incumbent through succession, she faces a tough 
road, although she would be one of the big 3, along with Clinton and Warren IF they run.
Strength: As sitting V.P. she would garner Loyalty from each segment of the base. As a mixed race woman (half Asiatic Indian and half mulatto/black-white) she could have appeal to racial groups in a party that is based on identity politics.
Weakness: Too Unpopular. The most Unpopular V.P. in Polling History and no foreseeable way to seriously turn that around. Many democrats are already grumbling about her chances.
